3. Users and Subscription
3.1 Eligibility
Brigid is designed for individual users, being coworkers of a company. These companies will handle billing and subscription payments for their employees.
3.2 Subscription and Payment
Brigid operates on a subscription basis. The cost is 4 EUR per registered user per month. Discounts may apply for companies opting for annual payments. Companies are responsible for the payment of subscriptions. Failure to pay the subscription will result in account termination.
4. Application Functionality
Brigid allows users to manage their skills and track their eagerness to learn new skills, aiding in the creation of appropriate courses within the company and through third parties. Users can update their skills and learning preferences through the application. Admin users will have the ability to track on changes in the data set by the users.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must notify Refresh Now immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
6. Data Handling
Data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy document. By using Brigid, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
Individual users can terminate their accounts at any time through their profile page. Companies can do so by ceasing payment of the subscription. Refresh Now reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Refresh Now may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of any changes through the application or via email. Continued use of the application after such changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the Brigid application are owned by Refresh Now. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for its intended purposes. Any other use is prohibited without prior written consent from Refresh Now.
10. Limitation of Liability
Refresh Now shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Brigid, even if Refresh Now has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
